FAQ

We are offering tickets to our event for an entry fee of $5 per person per day. Kids 2 and under are free.

There is no charge for parking or shuttle service for the event. However, you may want to bring your credit or debit card to purchase gifts, food, snacks, or other goodies inside the event.

You will be parking at our North Pole offsite location. This is located at

7472 Van Wyck Rd

Van Wyck, SC 28744

Once there, you will be directed where to park and how to enter our North Pole building. Inside you will be directed to board a shuttle to our Wonder of Christmas Village. Don't forget your tickets!

We will have food trucks available and onsite each night where you can purchase a meal. We will also have Christmas snacks, hot cocoa, and coffee available for purchase.

That's up to you! You can get through it in as little as an hour, or you can extend the experience by visiting and enjoying all of our attractions as much as you'd like before closing time. We think the whole family will want to stay a while and enjoy all we have to offer.

Your ticket will give you a time to arrive on your specified day. We are limiting admission times in 15 minute increments to help us control the time you would have to wait on shuttles from our parking area. This will ensure that we are maximizing the fun and minimizing the wait.

Once in the Wonder of Christmas Village, you are welcome to stay as long or as little as you'd like. We will run shuttles back to our parking area every 15-20 mins. When you arrive for check in, you'll be provided all the info you need on how to get back to the shuttle to leave.

The $5 admission fee covers all parking, shuttles, and all activities inside our Wonder of Christmas village. For a complete list of included activities, visit here....

Our event will not be able to function if there is heavy rain or thunderstorms. If inclement weather arises, The Wonder of Christmas team will reach out to the email address provided with your ticket registration. We will honor your ticket purchased for any other day and time of operation. If your schedule will not accommodate an alternate date/time, you may request a refund by emailing us at support@thewonderofchristmas.org.
